Booking Advice
* Please try to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
* A cancellation charge of £15 or the cost of the treatment (whichever is lower), may be
incurred for any bookings not cancelled more than 24 hours prior to appointment time.
* Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time.
* Credit card details are requested to secure bookings for treatments and packages over 2 hours. Cancellation policy applies.
* Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off.
Helpful Tips
* Do not have any heat treatment 24 hours before or after waxing, including sunbeds,
sauna, steam, swimming and sunbathing.
* Do not wear jewellery during treatments.
* Please bring open toed shoes to wear after a pedicure treatment.
* Please have a quick shower, if possible, especially after exercising, before you have a body treatment.
* If you wear contact lenses, it is advisable to remove them before any facial or eye treatment.
* Please inform us if your treatment did not reach your expectations.
