Holistic Massage
A relaxing and invigorating treatment employing the use of medium-to-soft pressure techniques affecting muscles and circulation. This luxurious treatment promotes a sense of wellbeing.

Deep Tissue Massage
A treatment that focuses on the deeper layers of the soft tissues (muscle, ligament, tendon, fascia) to release tightness and nodules; and to stimulate blood flow to areas depleted of oxygen and encourage the released of toxins. As the name implies, this is a slow, deep, firm massage and is often one of the most relaxing types of bodywork because it's extremely effective at addressing pain, releasing tightness and restoring freedom of movement.

Natural Touch Therapies was created by Leandra Costa a highly experienced mobile massage therapist.

Her work of over nine years in this field, attending to many of the 5 stars hotels in London insurers a confident, highly skilled and experienced practitioner.

Leandra has always prioritized keeping her career up to date; she is constantly learning new therapies and massage techniques.

She is currently studying Naturopathy at the School Of Natural Medicine, which brings her back in touch with the natural laws of living.

Leandra also teaches deep tissue techniques for massage therapists of a top professional massage company in Central London.
